Was virtually unknown before he became a Skyscraper and before he became the Undertaker. Hell, the Skycrapers were virtually unknown.
Virtually unknown before he was Yankum and he was quickly repackaged so you could never tell (until his mask came off.)
Not too far off from what he originally was. Only difference is now he does more drugs and wears paint like he's the Dingo fuckin warrior.
Never really had a gimmick to begin with. Him being the excellence of execution isn't too far off from his Hart Foundation days or before that (when he wore blue trunks. BTW, I read his book, it's a good read.)
The best crash dummy in the business. Whata bout him?
Went from vampire, to I don't know what, to a womanizer/cheater to the rated r superstar and a multi champ.
Not too far off from where he started.
I understand you start somewhere and upgrade, but, with the exception of Foley, these guys didn't already have a cemented fanbase when they made the transition to WWE/WWF. Austin, however, was already a champ in a rival organization.
Think about what you're being told here.
And Punk doesn't need to sell out shows as champion. John boy does so because he caters to the snotty nose kids in the front row. Punk isn't there to cater to you animals and sell out shows, he already told you that last week. He is there to cement his own legacy and he's doing it. He's already in the books and you can't take that away so stop trying.
And again, if you want to make him the REAL PEOPLES CHAMP, which I think he is btw, because he works the schedule like no other and we can't say the same for Dwayne, and build many storylines around him in the hopes of making him a cash cow, do as I said. HAVE HIM BEAT TAKER AT WM.
