Seattle might run the table, they are playing like the NY Giants we've seen that took out Brady twice in the last 6 years.

That defense swarms similar to the Giants D did. They might not have that crazy personnel the Giants did with those outstanding names such as the Kiwanukas, Pierre-Paul, Tuck, Umenyioras. That pass rush and defense they had in their SB wins was one of the best probably since the 85 Bears.

Wilson looks very relaxed out there, looks like he's been in the playoffs before. I think he's very wise as well, he knows when to scramble or take off and knows when to stay in the pocket and deliver a nice throw. Seahawks look like the most dangerous team, and Atlanta had one of the weakest schedules this year, i think they were overrated.

I see a rematch for a trip to the SB, 49ers and Seahawks.

Julio Jones, Roddy White, and Tony Gonzalez are going to go off. Don't see the Seattle defense containing that. Combine that with the Falcons tired of going one and done every year. They're on a mission this season, Gonzalez will have his squad ready, he isn't getting any younger and knows his chances at a super bowl are running out quick. While the Seahawks have played great and I can see why people compare them to the giants, in my opinion they are nothing like the Giants. The giants were stacked with Veterans at most positions. They also had the luxury of winning it all as a team a few years prior to that last super bowl run. Also as we seen against the redskins the Seahawks don't play as well on the road as they do at home. They beat a not so impressive team with a one legged QB. Falcons>>Redskins, missing Clemons on defense will also hurt their chances and two trips to the east coast on back to back weekends is no joke. Don't think the falcons will destroy the seahakws but they will win.

Falcons 31 Seahawks 27

The Atlanta Falcons are less than a field-goal favorite at home against the Seattle Seahawks in the early Sunday afternoon NFL divisional playoff game this week. The point spread is in line with The Linemakers Power Ratings, which has the Seahawks ranked No. 5 at 99.6 and the Falcons No. 6 at 99.3.

The 2.5-point line suggests Seattle, on a neutral field, is a half-point better than Atlanta.
Vegas seems to think these teams are pretty much even

Atlanta is a scary team because of how many offensive weapons they have. Even if Sherman and Browner lockdown the outside you still have Gonzalez over the middle and that's a weak spot for Seattle.

On the flip side Seattle should be able to run with both Lynch and Wilson. I think Cam Newton tore up Atlanta a couple times this year and ran all over them so Wilson is going to need to do the same. They gotta score and convert cant miss opportunities like they did last week. It's going to take about 30 points to win as Atlanta should be able to put up points.

I think Seattle just plays more physical football. BUT with that said, the seachickens did suffer a few injuries on defense. And Atlanta does play tough at home. I picked the seachickens to win it. NIners and chickens in the NFC title game!

I have Seattle taking this game.

With Atlanta's poor run offense, I think Seattle can key in on their passing schemes and be successful in limiting ATL's ability to get off big pass plays.

At the same time, Atlanta's D has struggled against the run, and we all know how Beast Mode does. Once he starts going off on the ground its going to open up the field for our boy RW to throw down field. Football 101, establish he run and then air it out.

I think Seattle takes this due to ATL's one dimensional offense.

Not to mentioned Seattle is playing to win, while with their playoff track record and high seed, ATL is playing not to lose. It's always dangerous to play not to lose.

I dont like the 10AM starts. They have been our Achilles heel since forever. I have Atlanta taking this one.

True but this team is built with entirely different coaches and players.

I'm pretty sure they switched game time on us too. When the Redskins game ended, they said "the Seahawks will play at Atlanta next week at 4:30" then by the next day it had changed to 1:00.

Seattle's road record under Pete Carroll is atrocious. It was better under Holmgren, but i believe he was still under .500 while here. Even worse when factoring in the 10AM starts. Some things never change.
