Magnet link, basically is just a directly connects your utorrent to the dl, with out having dl the torrent file.

Most those sites have a thing that looks like a magnet. Click it. It will open in your torrent loader.

I think the highest likely hood of getting caught by your isp for downloading is with cam copies, and leaks of movies before they are out. If its a brand new movie, read comments, ppl normally flag a torrent and warn people its being traced.
