Just got this from Oakland Police:
On December 6, 2012 at approximately 12:25 PM, the male suspect entered the Bank of the West located at 4900 Telegraph Avenue. The male approached the teller window, alleged he had a gun and demanded money. After committing the robbery the male fled on foot with the loss.
The male suspect is described as an African-American male 20-27 years old, 6’, 160 pounds, medium build, short black hair, brown eyes, moustache, light to medium complexion. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with white strings, a light colored T-Shirt, light grey sweatpants and black and white shoes with white trim.
A weapon was not seen at the time of this robbery.
The Oakland Police Department and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering a reward of up to $ 1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest in this case.
The investigation is on going and anyone with information is asked to contact the Oakland Police Department Major Crimes Section-Robbery and Assault Unit

Yeah so I've heard. Regardless of that if you know the movie takes place in the days of slavery and revolves around an escaped slave it should more or less be a given that there are going to be a whole bunch of use of the word nigger in the movie.
