that was my average when I used to run Army 5k races almost weekly. Would usually do the 5k between 18:00 - 19:00
been 2 and a half years since my last 5k though lol now i'd be lucky to run a 10 minute mile and would probably want to die after 2 miles.

I really can't get into Khalil's music after numerous attempts with all his releases. I like some of his beats and dude is doing his own lane for sure and has talent. But none of it has really clicked for me and I think he's still finding his footing. He's an interesting artist though that's for sure. I'll check the project out as I have all his stuff previously so thanks.
