Did you not read what Nuttkase posted? The GM already knows him, and obviously has an impression of him. His interview has been everyday he works.

I would be surprised if the GM already didn't know who he wanted to hire, and just interviewing the people out of formality, and not show favoritism to 1-person.

I use to interview to, and typically I would look for is a female with decent looks, and hopefully an allright work ethic. No one want to work with a bunch of dudes.
