Nutt, I interview people all the time and know what to look for.

My advice is to taylor the resume to the job and focus on making a good imression if they call you.

Did you not read what Nuttkase posted? The GM already knows him, and obviously has an impression of him. His interview has been everyday he works.

I would be surprised if the GM already didn't know who he wanted to hire, and just interviewing the people out of formality, and not show favoritism to 1-person.

I use to interview to, and typically I would look for is a female with decent looks, and hopefully an allright work ethic. No one want to work with a bunch of dudes.
