its not that Rios was washed up, he kept fighting at a weight he shouldn't no longer have been fighting at. Noone thought he won his last fight and looked horrible so one can only think he might have lost his warrior mentality but he looked good tonight maybe to quick of a stoppage.

Loved the fights., Rios and alvarado put on a classic! Alvarado was coming away with the fight when he was setting up with the jab. Rios came back strong in the 7th, I don't know what Garcia told him in his corner, but it worked. Donaire did his thing., I just wanna see him fight someone that's not scared to fight Back. Donaire will do the same thing to arce, I say worse. Everyone knows who he needs to fight., no need to mention
I was surprised that 2 of the judges had the fight tied and one had Rios winning. I had Alvarado up before the stoppage. Also Donaire would probably knock Arce out but I guarantee u that it would be a war until that happened and that Arce wouldnt be afraid of him. If u are talking about Rigondeaux, Im not so sure he is a better opponent than Arce. I think Donaire would make easy work of Rigondeaux. Got Em!!

Well if it happens I guess well see. Also I never said Arce would beat Donaire or even Rigondeaux for that matter. I just said he is a warrior and always puts on a show win or lose. If Arce did fight Rigondeaux I might actually take Arce for the upset. I think Rigondeaux's chin is suspect. As for Donaire/Rigondeaux naw man Donaire would dominate and put him to sleep. Rios did what I expected him to. But he's not in the same class as Manny, not ready for Marquez, Garcia would toss him, Matthyse sparks him, Bradley out head butts him. He might give Alexander problems, or another war with Josesito Lopez would be good. Maidana would be a good fight, but he's at 147 now.
