i have a teacher who is from dallas, that just moved to nyc recently. however he comes back to dallas from time to time, and he said that dallas is one of the top cities in which the art business is booming...along with austin, new orleans, and i forget a few other cities. so if art does continue to grow steadily in dallas, it could be a possibility of moving there if i can't find a job here. but i'd much rather stay in calilfornia.
I heard Austin is a dope ass city. I've thought about moving out to TX. I know there are a lot of jobs out there, cost of living is cheaper than Cali, and you can bring your own alcohol in the strip clubs. also heard they have a freeway where the speed limit is 85 mph
one of the vendors we use at my job is based in Dallas. I'm pretty cool with the managers from working with them for 2 years, I could hit them up and see if they could hook it up with a job. only problem is I bought a house out here. should have waited and bought a house like 4 times as big in TX
