More perks and there placements ( some have already been posted a couple pages back others are new, some still not announced as of yet ).
Modern Warfare 2 features new Perks and retains some older ones from Call of Duty 4. Each Perk can now be upgraded to a "Pro" version, by completing its challenge.
Note: The upgrades don't always make the Perk stronger, instead it might add a new feature or a side effect, for example: Marathon Pro allows you to get over obstacles faster.
Akimbo (dual-wield any sidearm)
This was previously thought to be a Perk, but it's actually an "attachment" to the weapons, like the Silencer, Red Dot Sight, and so on.
Martyrdom | Martyrdom Pro
Ability: Drop a grenade when killed.

Note: Although this Perk was confirmed earlier at E3 2009, there might be a chance that it will be left out from the game. In a recent interview by Giant Bomb, Robert Bowling stated that in the previous titles the Martyrdom Perk was to help out people who were struggling with the game, but it was abused by people who didn't need it, so they decided to make the game more accessible by adding Death Streaks.
Was Bowling hinting that the Death Streaks are to replace the Martyrdom Perk? Hopefully someone from Infinity Ward will clear this up soon.
