LOL smh i already had informed you of what was going on behind the scene's pf the sicc shop everyday we are working to fix our issue's our apologize's once again to you sir....

I can understand the excuses once, but come on. This is the second order in a row that I have had to wait a long time for. I'm still waiting on the one I placed on March 3rd. You always deliver the CDs and refund the correct amount, I'm not disputing that. I'm just complaining about the loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time it seems to take each order to arrive. I mean, if you're constantly having issues or just too wrapped up in other affairs to send out people's orders, then maybe you need to hire some extra help.

Bruh like i explained to you once behind the scene via PM, TECNICAL ISSUES those are out of my hands bruh if the Sicc Shop is offline i have to wait to send orders just like you have to wait for your orders as bad as i want to send them out b4 someone like you puts us on blast lol i cant but thanks on the advice the problem is not with the help in the sicc shop i dont kno how long you have been ordering from us but i assume a long time and a few orders out of many shouldnt be excused but one would have to say well maybe Siccness isnt trying to do me on purpose we have never had this happen b4 we NEVER keep your money and we always try to give you free product for our mishaps....

We value you as a customer and understand your complaints our system was down due to repairs been working wks/mnths to get it right now working from what i am looking at all orders are processed refunds sent and orders going out 1st thing Monday with free product...
