NEW YORK, NY – June 15, 2015 – XXL has unveiled the most anticipated hip-hop magazine cover: the eighth annual XXL Freshman Class featuring 10 of the country’s hottest up-and-coming hip-hop artists; Fetty Wap (New Jersey), DeJ Loaf (Detroit), Vince Staples (Long Beach), Raury (Atlanta), GoldLink (DMV), Tink (Chicago), Shy Glizzy (DC/DMV), K Camp (Atlanta), OG Maco (Atlanta), and Kidd Kidd (New Orleans). Today, XXL launches the first in a series of 10 Freshmen freestyles and then three cyphers, hosted by world-famous DJ Drama.
Fans will have the opportunity to view the freestyle sessions from each of the 2015 XXL Freshmen atxxlmag.com. XXL will also feature group and solo interviews with the Freshmen on a wide range of topics plus a ton of behind-the-scenes content.

The XXL Freshmen will perform live in New York City at the Best Buy Theatre on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 and at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, onMonday, July 13, 2015.
