The blonde bombshell, who also appeared on MTV’s “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory,” was placed under citizen’s arrest outside 1 Oak nightclub around 12:30 a.m. and transported to jail by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, a police source told the Daily News.
“She allegedly hit the security guard at the location. She hit and kicked him,” the source said. “We told you could go home after you kicked me, and then you punched me,” a security guard says on the video.
“I tried to let you go home. Understand that. It’s too late now,” he explains while assisting another security guard with her restraints.
“I’m sorry, but like, kicking and attacking? I’ve been on TV for 17 seasons,” she says. “I did nothing. These people are haters.”
Chanel, 26, was booked at the West Hollywood station at 1 a.m. and held on $500 bail, online jail records said.
After her release, Chanel took to social media and claimed she was the victim of police brutality.
“I was assaulted by police last night for no reason and have bruises all over my arms,” she wrote on Twitter.
“Police have gotten out of f—ing hand in this country!!! This sh—ain’t a race issue it’s a cop issue!!!! Time to put an end to this!!!” she tweeted.
“I literally did nothing and had 2 cops violently handcuff me and hold me down,” she claimed.
In the video, the men restraining her were private armed security guards, not police.
