Oakland Artist Beeda Weeda is going stronger than ever, promoting his 2014 album “Bass Rock Babies”, which has 24 tracks of solid material, and is presented by Oakland Godfather Too Short.
Beeda Weeda said the feedback from the fans made him want to bring a little more energy into the promotions of this album, so right now there is a slew of dope visuals coming off the “Bass Rock Babies” album, and he is bringing us a summer tour where he will bring some of the artists from his album, and bring us some dope show’s.
Recently Beeda Weeda dropped his visual for “Revolution”, which was premiered by HipHopDX, and was boasted by Vibe Magazine, Hip Hop Weekly, The Source, and a host of other well reputed hip hop websites. He also did a huge interview with Oakland legend Davey D, where he talks about the new video and police brutality.
The success for the video has been evident, garnering a quick 30,000 views in the first month of its release, and even being banned from BET Networks, due to the tensions arising from the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. Crazy right?
The shows Beeda Weeda has lined up for the “Bass Rock Babies” Summer Tour are as follows, and he is looking for more dates to fill his calendar.
- August 12th Modesto, CA Palladium
- August 30th Fresno, CA Venue T.B.D.
- September 16th Sacramento, CA The Station
- September 23rd Cupertino, CA Homestead Bowling
