Two investors are offering $5 million to 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather for a three-round celebrity boxing match.
Although 50 Cent admitted his beef with boxing champion Floyd Mayweather was staged, it seems following this that the two are not actually on good terms anymore. Billionaire Alki David and partner Damon Feldman of Celebrity Boxing are trying to take advantage of their ill-will by offering the (former?) friends $5 million to get in the ring together.
AllHipHop reports that the $5 million offer is for a three-round celebrity boxing match, which would air on on FilmOn.com and BattleCam.com, two ventures Alki David invests in. To ensure both celebrities safety, Floyd and Fif would fight three 2-minute rounds in head-gear, using big celebrity boxing gloves.
If their offer is accepted, they are hoping the fight would go down in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 14th.
The string of events leading up to this include the disbandment of 50 Cent’s boxing promotions company The Money Team, turning his focus to his SMS Promotions team. Although 50 and Floyd were quite activelydissing each other through their Twitter accounts during the past week, as of late either side has been quite.
