R&B/Soul was celebrated during Centric/BET’s telecast of the annual Soul Train Awards, taped Nov. 6 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Being held in the city of light on the West Coast region, many of California’s elite artist were successful in appearing and winning awards. Artists like Jidenna, Kendrick Lamar, Omarion, Jhene Aiko and more all participated in taking home awards.
