...what new release forumulas are selling? The do's and don'ts of preparing a hot project that people will actually want to buy? ...Which retail stores actually work with up and coming artist's distribution wise, etc. What's your take on the right promo?

Gimmicks, anything else is useless unless you're already known like Jay Z or somebody. Nobody is moving units like that anymore . Best advice is to start making techno rap like Pitbull and wear a clown suit.
