the mindfuck here is not the ketchup bottle (which looks more like hot sauce), but her legs are awkwardly crossed in an almost impossible position unless you can twist your spine...also the cabinets in the background seem to be altered. If you notice the girl appears to be on the floor, and the camera angle is square to her, but the cabinets look like they are on an angle....it also looks like she is wearing a shirt because of the sleeves, but the cut on her tiddies appears to be a bra, and the shirt does not cover any of her mid-section at all.....weird photo man...
