the basics of "photo docotoring" is to improve or fix the problem areas of a picture, now to do what shemp does, I think you'd have to do a little investigation on your own, and that'd take knowing what all he uses to "doctor" his photos and how they work, 'cause I'm sure he's not going to tell your ass how to do it
