White vs Mexican pronunciation of Cities

I think it's funny how people pronounce the names of cities differently.

Examples:

Manteca:

White= "Manteeka"
Mex= "Manteca"

Woodland:

White= "Woodland"
Mex= "Gooorrrrland"

Stockton:

White= "Stockton"
Mex= "Estocton"
