Save up a little more...
For under $500, you can get something like an Emu PK-6, which is the 61key version of Emu's Proteus 2000 module. If you get one of the keyboards you showed, somewhere down the line, you'll ditch those... Get something cheap, versitile, and will stay with you for a LONG time.

BUT you'll also need a sequencing program for the E-mu since it does not come with an internal one.
