Which Engineer Is Best In Mastering?

I'm pretty much finished with my album... The songs are mixed (& some mastered) but I need The whole album mastered (its about 45 minutes long)... I already think I know who I'm going to hit up but before I do I wanted to know
Who do you guys feel is the best engineer at mastering songs In the game?
& if you have contact info that would be cool too

Also which engineers should I avoid?

Thanks any info would be good I'm going to get this mastered around mid October

I heard Nump is the go to man up in the bay. he actually mixed and mastered anonomyiz from AZ album and it sounds real good. he does e-40 and lots of others in the bay.
