My metabolism is really good and that high of 345 came from tons of stress entering college and a lot of other shit, but I've been blessed because at 6'6" I look like I weigh 250.

When you go to the carnival or fair and there's that booth with the dude that will guess your age, height, or weight I could always fool him by choosing weight.

Genetics are crazy, though. My buddy from high school had never worked out a day in his life, but was a solid 235lbs. at 6' with under 10% body fat, and he was a phenom at any sport he played.

I'm 6'0" and the most I've ever weighed is what I weigh right now, which is 285lbs. The least I've ever weighed was about 150lbs. which was in Feb. of 2009. I'm not a fat slob though, I work out religiously, and a lot of the weight I have on right now is muscle. I do have some fat to shed though from the bulk. I'm gonna cut down to about 240lbs and see how that looks.
ISNT GOING UP AND DOWN IN WEIGHT THAT MUCH SUPPOSED TO BE HELLA BAD FOR YOUR BODY? U REALLY GAINED 135 POUNDS IN 9 MONTHS? THATS A REALLY BIG DIFFERENCE...

im at my highest right now at 6'0 286.5 lbs. i have gained 100 lbs. since i threw out my sciattic nerve and quit smokin ciggs.. but ive been going to the doctors recently all my weight gain boils down to the nerves in my back. bout to start physical therapy and shed this shit...
That shit sucks man. I pinched my sciatic nerve before. That shit was like hell. It was agony every time I had to sit down or drive for long periods of time. It hella hurt in the back of my right leg. Probably the worst pain I've ever experienced. But after a couple months it gradually healed itself.

I'm 6'1", right now I'm pretty heavy, been slacking on my workouts. I'm probably like 240ish.

I'd like to lose maybe 20-30 lbs, and eventually get back to my hs weight, around 180-190.

I'm gonna give insanity another try, and maybe try p90x after that.

It was actually Feb. of 2009, so it's actually been about a year and a half. I agree though, it probably wasn't that healthy to put that amount of weight on in such a short period. I honestly never meant to put that much weight on in the first place. The only good thing about it, is that a good amount of it was muscle that I put on, but like I said, I do have some fat to shed as well. As far as dropping the 40lbs., I going to do a slow cut, so I'm not going to try and lose it as fast as possible. This is the first and last time I bulk and cut like this though. If I ever bulk again, it will only be to put on a little extra weight, but nothing this extreme.

I beat my old record and I was sitting at 350 a couple weeks ago after losing enough to be at 300 last summer.

I'm back in the gym and eating better during the day. It's dinner I gotta worry about anymore, though. I always want something hearty for dinner.

Damn... Either most of ya'll are hella tall or most of ya'll are morbidly obese. I'm 5'7 and the fattest I ever was is 190 lbs. Right now I'm sitting at 168 and I've got one hell of a beer gut. I drink to much beer and hope to get back down to 150 soon.
