I mean, I really am tryna offer up some advice, but you gotta give me something to go on... Basically, just as a rule of thumb, regardless of where the artist is from, if they're new and no one knows about them, they need to do whatever it takes to be heard in their immediate area... If you're not that muthafucka in your own area, it's gonna be hard to be that in someone else's area... Feel me?
