i aint a Niners fan but i like tha way he lays shyt down. If theres something wrong he confronts his team about it. dats wut a coach needs 2 do. Not be ur friend, be ur coach and keep ur ass playing tha best u can play

If you've played sports (seriously) at any level, you should have had one of these coaches...

He's a hard-ass. Tough. In your face. No letting up.

Doesn't mean he'll be a great coach...ie. Tony Dungy, but of all of my coaches, the ''asshole'' was the best coach to play for, and the most respected. He got results.
