The radio needs this...not more bay area (nessecarily), not less New York rap, but more real rap, more deep shit, more educated shit, more intellectual, more descriptive.
The radio needs more Nas's, more Eminem's, more Kurupt's, it needs X Raided, it needs Tech9ne, it needs Brotha Lynch...it could use some fools spittin real shit like Yukmouth and C-Bo and AZ, it could use more rappers with personality like another Busta Ryhmes or another Wu-Tang Clan. It needs more mother fuckers rappin as hard as they can like Xhzibit or Method Man, or funny like Redman and sometimes Snoop.
The radio needs less Camron, less Ja Rule, less Jay Z.
I think rap is slowly starting to loose its "Bling Bling" "Look at my Ice" "By My Album" Nelly repuation. And I think its Nas and Eminem and maybe Tech9ne (if he ever makes it big) who is gonna have to lead the new revolution into a more concious movement that rap needs to go through like rock did back in the 60's.
