What is the Status of Big Snipe and Skanless?

On the Skanless album, "Book of Skanless," he raps with a guy who I think is called Big Snipe or Big Sniper. Does anyone know anything about him, and if he is still around? I heard Skalness was locked up...is that still true? That album is hard as hell, and the songs where the two of them switch off are epics. I never heard anything else of Big Snipe or Skanless though.
