yea but the U.S has so much more income then those smaller countries so .17 from America is worth about the same as the combined donation of over half that list. Im not making excuses and saying we're doin enough for world poverty, but we still give billions of dollars a year. China isn't even on the list and their economy is huge. Ruissia isn't on the list either
