That's a term of agreement. It's actually "church" but Bishop Don Magic Juan coined the phrase & he has a thick Chicago accent so it sounds like chuuch.

Well, maybe it came from there. But itz gotten around.

Saying "chuchh" iz like sayin "shut the fucc up, dumb-ass," but in a sardonic way. Itz kinda like the way you feel when someone points out somethin obviouz but does it in such a way as to suggest that they are gifted with some mysterious clairvoyance. Their arrogance annoys you so much that you dryly say, "chuchhh."
