i dont think it was fixed but it was weak compared to what i thought it could be......well thats primetime for you...i was lit and drunk as fuck watching it for free......


there is a whole bunch of internet-theorist that say EVERYthing in life is fake...

ive even read on the internet that the whole 9-11 thing was a movie with hella special effects and that the twin towers were actually removed like a week beofre and shit.....

kimbo got exposed but that was expected.....like coop said....you cant fake that lump of dead, bloody flesh that used to be an ear. Also, kimbo knocked the conciousness out of that muthafucka....that last uppercut was LIGHTS OUT on his feet.

muthafuckas need to stop dissin kimbo and step they're marketing game up. kimbo's the reason, and now the girl fights, that people tune in.......because of the rep kimbo carries with him, that damn fight was on PRIMETIME TV for cryin' out loud. the whole sport and its BEST LEGENDS havent managed to take that sport there. kimbo's the reason they got bigger paychecks.

I'm pretty sure Gary Shaw is the reason MMA was on primetime network, not Kimbo. He was the one that got the deal with CBS to have EliteXC on saturdays. Kimbo is just the guy he decided to put on the main event at the first show, basically he's banking on Kimbo and pretty much the fate of their organization could very well rest in the hands of Kimbo's success.

I hear what you're saying, and I agree with you, Kimbo is bringing in fans and exposure to the sport. But I think most of the hate or criticism is because a lot of people make it out to seem like Kimbo is unstoppable, he's the truth, etc. when that's far from the truth. Like comparing Kimbo to oscar de la hoya and tiger woods really bothered the fuck out of me. But that's not kimbo's fault, thats EliteXC's announcers trying way too hard to sell a product.

in my opinion the type of product that they put out there with kimbo and others isnt going to help MMA one bit. if anything it will hurt it

like rome said today,it has a whole "xfl" feel to it. get some professionals in there. not some tomato cans for kimbo to get some exposure with

right idea,wrong scenario

anybody see the faber/pulver fight? that is the kind of thing they should televise. 2 champs going at it. thats the best elite xc has to offer,not the scubs they rolled out on cbs

yup and calling him an mma superstar pissed me off. Someone with 3 pro fights under their belt is far from a superstar

he IS a superstar.....normal people cant put a name to the face of chuck/rampage......kimbo is KNOWN.......

not saying he is better or worse then other mma fighters out there......but to say he isnt a SUPERSTAR is simply wrong

like i said in my earlier post, put him against a fighter with stamina. Kimbo has no chance in the ring...
