My computer is saying the new usb flash drive i bought is not reconized

Can somebody help me find a download link to update my driver for a Apacer Handy Steno AH325 USB Flash drive?

The ones i can find only work on windows98 and im on xp. it only works on my new laptop running on vista. im trying to get some files from my desktop onto my laptop using this usb drive

instead of using a USB drive, u could transfer all your files with Z-SHARE,MEGAUPLOAD OR RAPIDSHARE

Found your drivers in like 4 seconds. This will auto direct, you should see the model listed second from the top.
