quick story, my friend was fuckin with my phone and did something.... ended up locking it and it need a code to unlock the sim card. easy enough, same shit happened to my sister. so i go into the cingular store and tellem whats up, and the bitch responds with "you need to buy a new phone." I respond with "your full of it," i then ask to use their business phone to call customer service, 5 min later my phone was back working. There had been another customer that she had been helping at the same time and when i showed how well my phone worked, the dude straight up laughed at her and left. Made my day.
