I have that cd. It is used though. The only thing that would make it not like new is a hole punch in the upc and 2 small tab marks on the bottom of the front insert, which are barely noticeable. Otherwise everything including the cd itself is in like new condition. I know you wanted it like new, but figured I'd throw it out there anyway in case you changed your mind about the condition.
