Viruses are known for "popping up out of nowhere" and spreading everywhere...that's why we can't avoid them before infection starts. There are practices and conditions in places like Africa that are perfect for viral transmission. For example, the government's insistence that protected sex is unnecessary and HIV doesn't cause AIDS.

And why would it be planted in Africa? To kill black folks? South Africa has it BAD, and a good portion of the people there are WHITE.

Was the black plague planted in Europe? Was the H1N1 planted in 1918 and again in 2009?

And it would be biological warfare...
