He's talking about this dude named King Tut, who was with this Black Mafia gang in New York. The Black Mafia was funded by Puffy or the other way around. Puffy tried to get Pac to join Bad Boy back in the day and he declined their offer. That upset King Tut because they said they did some things for Pac. Thats when they set him up and shot him in the studio. 2Pac knew King Tut was a part of it and that King Tut and Puffy had ties to each other, thats why Pac was dissin Bad Boy and claimed that Biggie knew what was going down. They interviewed King Tut one day and asked him if he had anything to do with 2Pac's shooting and he said "2Pac needed to be taught a lesson for not being loyal." King Tut is dead now, he was killed after Pac was killed.

Other way around. Supposedlly they fronted Bad Boy money to start up. Just like with Harris (I think thats his name...the Piru dude locked up) with Death Row and Supreme with Murder Inc.
