I was talkin to my peoples who was behind the Stompilation and he said it took him a couple years just to break even. The only song he still gets paid on is the song he did with messy. He used it as a learning experience and said there isnt any money in the bay. He is doing a second project but said he isnt really messing with bay artists this time. He's messing with National folks like Glasses Malone, Ying Yang, n Flo Rida. He's still gonna have some bay cats on there but not all bay. This way he gets more national exposure and can tap into not only the bay markets but tap into the fan bases of those other artists.
