Only reason I'm posting this is because of the two actors I mentioned in thread title.

Apparently there was a movie in 1941 with the same name (imo that's how you do a remake - after 50 years has past!).

Lawrence Talbot, a haunted nobleman, is lured back to his family estate after his brother vanishes. Reunited with his estranged father, Talbot sets out to find his brother... and discovers a horrifying destiny for himself. Talbot's childhood ended the night his mother died. After he left the sleepy Victorian hamlet of Blackmoor, he spent decades recovering and trying to forget. But when his brother's fiancée, Gwen Conliffe, tracks him down to help find her missing love, Talbot returns home to join the search. He learns that something with brute strength and insatiable bloodlust has been killing the villagers, and that a suspicious Scotland Yard inspector named Aberline has come to investigate.

1. 2-0-Sixx are your images "expiring" or are they just not showing up for me?

2. I too saw the trailer when I watched Inglourious, but I think quite the opposite. It looks very promising, and the wolf, from what I can see, looks realistic. The movie appears to focus more on it's in-depth story line and acting than your typical mainstream pop-culture type of werewolf movie. And it would not surprise me one bit if people find this movie boring because of the era (1800's) and what will likely be an extremely elaborate dialogue.

3. Trailer.

Just screened this tonight and it was fucking awful.

There were a couple pretty cool fight scenes but the werewolf costumes/makeup looked pretty fucking cheesy and the CGI transformations from man to werewolf were almost laughable (and a couple times were) at how silly they looked. The acting was pretty poor all around too which was kind of surprising.

I have more I could say but I'm tired as fuck and have a busy work weekend ahead because of this piece of shit and that chick flick Valentine's Day.

I dont understand why almost everyone in this tv/movie forum hates so hard unless the movie is Moon.....The wolf man looks to be one of the best horror flick remakes in a long ass time, plus its rated R....It kinda looks like there's a Sleepy Hollow-ish mystique to it..............dope.......

^^^ Huh? I liked quite a few movies last year that weren't Moon. I swear people that call others "movie elitists/snobs" or that they "hate" on too many movies are just as bad themselves because they get mad that certain people don't like every half-assed movie that comes out. I guess we should start calling those people "mediocre movie sympathizers" or something.

This movie was just flat-out garbage in my opinion, plain and simple. Should I just say nothing about movies I don't like in this forum as not to "hate" on the movie or something? lol

Anyways, go check it out if it looks like something you are into. I hope you enjoy it.

alright, didn't really mean to offend anyone with my comments; guess I'll hafta keep em to myself next time...
My comment wasn't really directed at you man and don't keep yours to yourself or this forum would be pointless. It just seems that a lot of people on here get on other peoples cases for not liking movies they like or certain mainstream movies that everyone seems to like and it gets annoying after awhile. I guess it's the opposite effect of people being "movie snobs" and all that you could say.

Just like music it's all subjective and based on peoples personal tastes and opinions.
