These rappers don't have a "Real Record Label". Just lil production companies fronting like their record labels. All they do is make a album and take it to the major who own the masters, handle promotions, videos, radio etc. Unlike a real inde, they pay for damn near everthing. The era of record labels are over, their only two real major independent record labels in the south, Rap-A-lot, Cash Money who still is going strong. People need to understand the diffference from a record label and a production company.
