this pablo sandoval dude turned out to be the best guy we've called up.. i mean bowker folded as soon as they threw him breaking pitches. Same with most of the other guys on the outside corner breaking balls.

sandoval could be nice, he's even got decent speed for a fat guy

yeah plus he's versatile.. he plays catcher and first base.. so he could back up bengie and aurilia/ishikawa.. they can probably make him learn 3rd too.. its not that different at the corners.

I've been telling yall for a while that Sandoval was ready....he's played two games at 3B so far, he'll adjust fast as he was originally signed as a 3B, but hadn't played there since 2006...he'll have a spot in the lineup regardless of position the rest of the way...hopefully they come to a conclusion as to a stable position for him and let him play there during winter ball...
