Strange is really cramming the releases. Four in the matter of two months. I'm really surprised, as I would have thought they would want these releases to breathe a little (Lynch, Rock & Tech anyway).

2011-04-05: Brotha Lynch Hung - Coathangastrangla
2011-05-03: Big Scoob - Damn Fool
2011-05-17: Jay Rock - Follow Me Home
2011-06-07: Tech N9ne - All 6s and 7s

Then apparently we have a Kaliko EP coming soon, so the release schedule may get even more crowded.

A release schedule crowding is only a concern to two people; everyone in the office and the promoters. The rest of the people are either excited or turned off by the appeal of so many albums from one label in such a short amount of time.

That's not true.

As a customer, when you crowd the releases like that, it definitely impacts my decision on whether or not to pre-order something.

I have a hard time justifying buying cd's these days as it is. I'm certainly not going to buy 4-5 of them in the span of two months. If it were more spread out, I'd be more likely to pre-order some of those albums.
