reason they die from heart attacks is bc they roided and overly workout to the max and constantly on the road in they 20s then once they get older they be stressed out bc they careers are basically over and majority be broke as fuck so they pop pills or drugs to take away the lost years they grieve from. and they hearts be strained and weak by then so they give out.
