The Jazz offered Devin Harris and the No. 12 pick for Tony Parker, but the Spurs declined, a source tells SI.com.
The Spurs, of course, wanted the Jazz to take back Richard Jefferson's three years and $30.4 million. That's not happening. Until San Antonio backs off on their demand that Jefferson be included in any deal, it's unlikely they'll find any takers.

The Lakers and Warriors discussed a deal that would trade Lamar Odom and Shannon Brown for Monta Ellis, according to CBS' Ken Berger.
The talks "went nowhere," sources tell Berger. We're not sure why the Lakers would even entertain the idea of bringing in Ellis, unless they think he can be a point guard. But it's clear they are very open to trading Odom, as his name has been linked to the Wolves, Sixers and now Warriors.

The Nuggets and Blazers have had discussions about Denver trading point guard Raymond Felton and the 22nd pick for Andre Miller and the No. 21 pick. The talks appear to be dormant for now, with Portland balking at including other assets in the deal.

I'm a big big big batum fan. Prolly one of my favs but cuz we got Wallace now I feel like batum is expendable, ONLY if in return, we get a player(s) that help our team NOW and the FUTURE. Not some oneal for davis type shit. Never again....

I love batums game but I really don't see much more improvement than what he shows now.... What u see is what u get from him. He won't ever be a 20ppg type a player let alone a "scorer", he's a defensive player that can hit the open shots when given to him.

The Nuggets and Blazers have discussed a deal that would send Raymond Felton and the No. 22 pick for Andre Miller and the No. 21 pick, according to NBA.com's David Aldridge.
Aldridge says that the deal is dormant for now as the Blazers declined to add more assets. Still, linking two of the most available veterans in the league makes sense. We wouldn't be surprised to see either Miller or Felton change teams by the time tonight is done.

to add from the earlier post about this

The Bobcats and Bucks are in serious talks regarding draft picks and players, according to beat writer Rick Bonnell.
We don't have the particulars yet, but Bonnell suggests that the Bobcats could end up with the No. 10 pick and the Bucks with the No. 19 pick. Stephen Jackson and Corey Maggette could also be involved as they have similar contracts. It sounds like this one has some legs.

The “most intriguing rumor/report award” of the day so far definitely goes to DraftExpress’ Jonathan Givony, who gave us this cryptic tidbit a little earlier:

Teams calling Sacramento about the #7 pick are being told it’s already been moved. Problem is, no one knows to who, or for which player.

Okay, that’s kind of a new one. There has been widespread speculation that the Spurs have been looking to trade Tony Parker and/or Richard Jefferson‘s contract in order to get the pick and take Klay Thompson, but clearly there’s a bit of mystery surrounding the actual deal that may or may not have gone down.

Sports Illustrated’s Sam Amick, whose reporting on the Kings has always been as reliable as any reporting on any team, confirmed Givony’s tidbit, and offered this tidbit of his own:

As an interesting subplot, sources say the Kings and Golden State had substantial talks about Monta Ellis. Not sure who Warriors wanted.

UPDATE: As I was typing this up, this report came out from Gery Woelfel, and was retweeted by Amick:

Bucks appear to have deal with Sacamento for No. 7.

This draft day is getting crazier by the minute, and we still haven’t had an official deal go down yet.

Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski with an interesting draft rumor:

Cleveland’s trying to get a 3rd first round pick — in the 20′s — dangling its two second rounders (32 and 54) and maybe cash, sources say.

There had been rumors that the Cavs had been trying get a 3rd 1st round pick by trading down with their #4 pick, but now it looks like they’re trying to trade up. For a team in full rebuild mode, as Cleveland clearly is, more first-round picks is probably never a bad thing. The #32 and #54 picks may not look that attractive, but trading a late first-rounder for two second-round picks would prevent a team from having to hand out a guaranteed contract on the rookie scale.

Billionaire Cavaliers owner has never been shy about spending whatever it takes on his team, but there may be owners who feel that a late-20s pick in this draft simply isn’t worth the guaranteed money.

The Bobcats, Bucks and Kings have agreed to a three-team trade that sends Stephen Jackson to Milwaukee, sources tell Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Charlotte receives the No. 7 overall pick and Corey Maggette, while the Bucks get Jackson and Shaun Livingston. The Kings get the No. 10 pick plus John Salmons from the Bucks. Jackson will immediately step in as the starting shooting guard in Milwaukee, while Salmons' exit should mean a starting gig for Carlos Delfino. Meanwhile, the Bobcats are expected to use the No. 7 pick on fast-rising Texas PF Tristan Thompson.
