The Hemp...?

...is this rare? ...CD is out in my car, can't remember the name of it but the group is entitled The Hemp, was released in 97 i think and features 211, CJ Mack and bunch other... ...it only has like 5 or 6 tracks, must be an EP - looks to be outta Oakland/Frisco..
