I remember he was gonna be a major heel star and feud with the taker when he first came in until he suffered two knee injuries at the same time. they say he old in age and injury prone so they just use him for segments and appearences now.

He really doesn't have to change anything. He already has a good gimmick going he just needs a good fued and quit getting hurt all the time. After that he would be on his way to up.
