Amare is tripping if he thinks the Suns won't miss Joe Johnson

Suns.com: Obviously, we have to ask you about Joe Johnson. What are your thoughts on him wanting to leave and play for Atlanta?

Stoudemire: We would like Joe to stay, but from what I’ve heard I don’t think he wants to.

Suns.com: There were rumors about a strained relationship between you two. Do you think there is any truth to that?

Stoudemire: From what I know, Joe’s always been a quiet guy, but we never really got into an argument. Everyone gets treated the same here with me and the staff, so I don’t really entertain that nonsense.

Suns.com: How would his departure affect the teams goals or chances to succeed this season?

Stoudemire: I don’t think it does too much. I think we’ve got quality players who can step up to the plate and make things happen for this team.

Joe Johnson or Raja Bell...now theres a tough choice

and c'mon - Kurt Thomas????? dude is only getting older

november 12th is gonna be rough... very rough
Im not worried. Warriors played Pheonix well in every game they played each other last season and ended up takin the last 2 games after B-Diddy came aboard. Pheonix hasn't got any better either IMO, atliest not yet. Looks like it'll be a pretty easy start for next season.

Anyone go to the Warriors open house today to buy season tickets or mini-plans? I was going to go, but I had to take care of something...hopefully the mini-plans will be online tomorrow...

guys... believe ME when I say the departure of money-grubbing joe johnson aint gonna hurt the suns. I fucking guarentee they'll be better this year. on paper, it dont look as good.. cuz lets face it, JJ and Q were marquee players.. but the one thing the suns lacked was defense. now we got two amazing defensive players with raja bell and kurt thomas. and kurt is younger than nash and he just won mvp.

more food for though, look at JJ's stats while playing with nash and withOUT nash.. you'll notice quite a bit of change. JJ aint shit without nash.

believe that

lol WTF?!

yall campaigning Biedrins, Cabarkapa, and Fisher!

what you know bout jim jax? dude's a muthafuckin vet. he knows how to play. I bet you he could start on damn near every team in the league.
And Hunter is turning into a sav. dude averaged the second most blocks per 48 minutes last year. they call him the mailman cuz he delivers.
and barbosa is one of the biggest prospects in the league. shit, there were talks about barbosa getting traded for players like brent barry and tashaun prince.

carbakapa..lol. keep him. hes a bitch.

suns are trying to get finley to sign. there's a good chance too cuz him and nash are really tight and nash been trying to convince him to come to the valley.

yall talked shit bout the suns before last season too . and they went on to have the best record in the league... so keep the shit talkin comin

Jimmy Jackson starting for most teams in the league? Please. Veteran role player who can only shoot and probably gives up more points than he scores.

Hunter the mailman? maybe he's Newman from seinfeld. That dude has no game whatsoever. All he does is dunk and block shots - oh yeah and miss free throws.

Barbosa a top prospect? Yeah right. You DON'T trade top prospects - you keep them cause theyre so talented. And for Brent Barry or Tayshaun prince? Suns woulda still got run out the league.

Now im not saying the warriors bench is that great, but neither is the suns. Didnt you also guarentee that the suns were gonna win the championship last year? Im too lazy to go looking through old threads but im pretty sure you were willing to wager on it. We'll just wait until the season starts. To put things in perspective FOOTBALL IS COMING so hoop is pretty secondary right now.

Haha where'd that come from..dont be mad cuz GS got the better end of the deal. Once Zarko got comfortable and more playing time he played real well for us and I expect him to only get better. Dudes got a pretty good overall game and he'll be atliest a solid roll player.

It wont break the Suns but they still aren't gettin any better yet...and your the one who first mentioned him being a good bench player so thats why I brought it up..
Ya'll still need some more front court depth if you wanna make it past the conference finals and Thomas isn't the answer.

of course the Suns are better than the Warriors right now. the whole thing about the warriros up-coming season is everyone is excited about how the season ended last year, and this year we can see if they can really make something happen with what they got !! i want to believe i'm one of the biggest Warriors fan's out there, but comparing a good playoff team with the Warriors of last year is not fair.

in "my" opinion, losing Q and Joe Johnson, and getting Raja Bell and Kurt Thomas ia a downgrade. just for the fact Thomas dosen't really fit the suns run and gun type style. Raja is solid a solid player, but i'd take Q or Joe over him anyday. if Hunter really is with the Sixers that does sting a lil bit. gotta resign Outlaw back AHAHHAHA.......

LMD, i think the mini plans are going on sale to the public this coming week ? don't quote me

anywayz, i'm ready for the season, pre game in the parking lot every game i go to, that consists of 40's or a 12 pack, and sunflower seeds, or possibly pumpkin seeds !!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
