really doesn't matter - BCS is more of a mathmatical formula - if they both run the table, they'll meet in the Rose.

SC is still #1 in the polls. Texas has just playerd more quality opponents

Don't count on that...If Virginia Tech runs the table, either USC or Texas will be in trouble. More than likekly Texas, because USC has a much tougher schedule of the 2 left...

Texas has the upperhand on the shedule left. they have a big 12 championship game...........where as USC doesnt
What's that mean? They might get to play an unranked Colorado team?

Texas - at Oklahoma St., at Baylor, Kansas, at Texas A&M, then probably Colorado

That doesn't help their BCS case at all...

USC - Washington St., Stanford, at #24 California, #22 Fresno St., #8 UCLA

Virginia Tech - #13 Boston College, #6 Miami, at Virginia, North Carolina, then most likely Florida St.

USC and Virginia Tech have much stronger schedules left...If they all win out USC should end up BCS #1, Texas and Virginia Tech would be close for that #2 spot...

I live here in Austin and radio djs on sport radio say the exact same thing UT will probably get the short end of the stick... of course they were all gung ho about them being #1 which of course me being an SC fan co workers were calling me saying we are number 1 and what not but of course it was due to the fact that UT beat and top 10 team while SC beat a nobody regardless the need the only poll that matters is the one at the end of the regular season....
