Talk of Mike Alstott being released from Tampa.

Who here thinks that he has enough gas to go another few seasons. I think a few teams will be intrested in him when free agency starts in a couple of weeks.

fb is one of those postions that people seem to play for a long time....even though they put there body through a lot.....alstott is a beast but in no way shape or form needed on the titans.....whos does need a FB is the question? i cant think one off the top

there have been reports of alstott leaving tampa bay for the last two years. he's still on the team, so i guess i won't believe it until it happens.

but i'd say he'd be serviceable for about two or three more years.

Alstott has never been your average fullback. He's always been a bruising runner.. The Niners could use him in short-yardage situations.
