ur layout is good, but ur flash intro is horrible man, read some tutorials at flashkit.com, you should also insert a preloader on that intro, cuz im on DSL and it wasnt loading quick, so it stalled at a period of time.

I personally think the layout is lacking luster. If you're starting a company you should have something over the top. Something that will make the customers want to buy the product from you.
