I read a similar article about this. I kinda like the idea cuz I don't download music any damn way. I think if this goes right this COULD restore a VERY SMALL percentage of record sales in the music industry but things'll NEVER be the same.

i just think they are too smart for that, theres no way a company is gonna let another one have its way, its not how things work, RIAA has a history of coming up with plans like this even when they tried to bully that university.

i really doubt it will work, imo only thing that will stop piracy is just getting the internet by a choke hold,

im pretty sure someone will do that later

You would think, becuase they cant track a file on UL sites, becuase anyone can name a file...it doesnt mean that it what the file actually is. For all they know, you are downloading or uploading stuff for your job.
