Matt Millen should have been the one to get the axe last year not a 5 year extension

If a team like the packers keeps their coach around in a season like this, the Lions should have kept Mariucci

That was fucked up. Mariucci was in a bad situation. He had so many injuries on his team this years, especially his wide receivers. If anyone, Millen should have been fired. I think he did a horrible job. He made not significant trades or acquisitions in the past few years. Also, the Lions need a lot of help on both offense and defense, yet he drafts a wide receiver with high draft picks three years in a row. I understand that they looked like good prospects at the time, but sometimes you got needs in other areas that take precedence.

damn the Lions need some help. There has to be more to this because usually they don't fire coaches during the season. They ride it out and then fire them.
